And one big spoon of BEHI DAANA should be crushed a bit then dip in one liter of water then filter it then mix sugar or honey or even if it is not mixed with sweet still it is fine then no issue if its winter then Luke warm one cup should be drink so that one liter of water finishes in same way every day new medicine and new water should be used. If disease is old then instead of 11, 21 or 41 seeds could be used in a day and in this way the seeds of BAHI DAANA quantity could be increases. Use it for few days or few weeks.
